Djuasa is an extension of Ruohtta rather than a one-time side project. The music on :Sápmi:Lapland:Helevetti: may be described as vicious and straight forward Black metal with large amounts of aimful improvisation. Djuasa is compact and dense, based on riffs rather than longer melodic patterns. The lyrics within this project is a form of direct communication with the dead; spirits of both dark and lighter energies that reside in the Arctic nature.
